Strong, Efficient, Versatile |

 Our secrets are simple. Conventional builders have been using our concrete masonry units (cinder block) for decades. Urethane has also been used for decades to successfully insulate. We have known for years that inch-per-inch, nothing insulates better. By combining Polyurethane insulation and a time proven design, we have the ultimate concrete form.
One ThermoBlock shape, with slight field modifications, provides all the block configurations to build virtually any kind of structure. The ThermoBlock round cores provide the space for both the structural concrete stud as well as the metal wall straightener and fastener. ThermoBlock is used in below grade stemwalls and for the above grade exterior walls. It may also be used as an interior wall where a reduction in sound transmission is a desired quality. |

Our unique Internal Bracing System (IBS) also allows for an anchor point for sheetrock, stucco, siding and even electrical boxes. |

The Technology of Simplicity |

If you can stack a child's building blocks, you can build with ThermoBlock. ThermoBlock is a modular 8'' x 8'' x 32'' foam building block that is stacked and interlocked to form the basis of an insulated wall system. As blocks are stacked and readied to be filled with concrete, our patented metal stud bracing system (IBS) is installed holding the wall system straight for the concrete installation. After a wall is grouted, the IBS provides fastening points at regular intervals for interior and exterior finishes.
Not only is ThermoBlock simple to use, but is designed to block module. This, coupled with easy field sizing, allows you to used them with almost any existing plan. |
